Welcome to Nova Rise Pilates, a calm and welcoming space dedicated to improving strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Classes are suitable for beginners through to intermediate clients, with a focus on safe, effective, and mindful movement.

Annie Carpenter is the founder of Nova Rise and a fully trained Level 3 Pilates instructor. She has a calm, supportive teaching style and is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.

Annie’s classes are inclusive and welcoming, making them suitable for complete beginners as well as those with previous Pilates experience. Her approach focuses on controlled movement, good technique, and exercises that support everyday life.
For your safety, all new clients are required to complete a short physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) before attending their first class.
By booking a class, you confirm that you have completed the PAR-Q and that the information provided is accurate.
